I Need Osim iSqueeze.

Since today got no school (yay!) & dear is working, decided to go out with my deaarrrr Elaine.

First, we went to Bright Hill to visit her bf, who had passed away due to a terrible motorbike accident in Malaysia. I didnt go to his wake then & felt bad cos the rest did. Jus thought it wouldnt be a place for me. Felt so sad & teary, looking at his photo.. listening to her reminisce bout their happy times.. crying.. Didnt say much cos words of comfort jus didnt seem right then. His dad joined us for a while afterwards.. A very nice n kind man.. hiaz.. Fate loves to play cruel jokes on us sometimes.

Life is so fragile. Hiaz.. Petty quarrels.. misunderstandings.. just seem so trivial & ridiculous..

Proceeded to have lunch near the Malaysian Train station.. Sungei Road? Had the most delicious, yummylicious laksa ever!! The style is like Katong Laksa.. no chopsticks needed. The gravy is soo rich & they give a generous helping of big 'hams'. Plus, they add ba chor! wah seh..... I loved it so much i ate 2 bowls!! $2 only somemore. Not very big la... ave person need bout 1.5 bowls to be full? After those 2 bowls, i felt soo contented man.. laughs.. wOOt! That stall monopolise all the customers man.. the rest of the stalls very sad.. no business de. haha..

After that delicious meal, elaine & i went to the bazaar near Guan Ying Miao so look at fake goods. wahah.. saw this damn nice white Gucci bag.. Triple A quality somemore. $270. Haha.. sorry.. my budget only $50. Couldnt find the coin pouch that i wanted. Hiya.. bo pian.. no money to buy real one =p The shop guy was super scary looking, cos he's a tattoo freak. Face, fingers(!), neck all have funny tattoos.. but he's quite nice la.. Not like those kind of uncles..

Since we were in a shopping mood, we headed to Bugis Village.. never been there b4 cos its so out of the way.. That place is like a bigger, less-posh, non-aircon version of Heeren. Saw lotsa nice things for dear, jackets.. long sleeves shirts.. tees, and its all relatively cheap. Must go there w him someday.. Walked the entire place.. Ended up a bag for my mommy ($22). And this!

Heh.. may not look very nice here but looks gd when i wear it! Plus its suede too.. haha.. nice.. Dont have this kind of shoes.. and its so cheap.. $26! Saw a nice belt too.. Perhaps next week.. laughs.. Cannot exceed budget..

By then, my feet was already aching like mad.. but cos i had such a great shopping partner w me, we headed to Bugis Junction! Its been years since i went there..! That place didnt really change much. Same old type of stores at the same old places. Something did catch my eye tho..

Wahah.. *evil laughs* damn sui.. The band is also very nice.. I LIKKEEE... Saw one with a bigass diamond. $16k! LOL... madness... saw another with a not-so-bigass diamond.. $8k. =Pp Blings Blings sia.. If i wear it ah.. i'll be sooo scared i lose it.. haha..

My legs were aching like mad! Lucky got seats... At jurong east mrt, when pple board the train, they are like playing musical chairs.. only w/o the music. Too many pple for too little seats so must dash for empty ones.. haha.. then those nv get will look a bit sad/sian.. ahaha.. quite funny.. Now finally home n resting... Where's my iSqueeze?!? =(

Hiaz.. happy day just become a lousy day cos apparently dear's d*ty got changed to totally shit (AGAIN!). Public holiday Day AGAIN! Itchy fingers ah?! Almost all (if not all) of his holiday d*ties are all day d*ties.. At first say things will be fair when got bad d*ties at the start.. Now still getting sh!t d*ties and suddenly its "What's in the past is in the past."?? Everything done according to whim & how lazy someone is feeling then. There's just no system.. Argh.. sheer stupidity! Only the lazy asses, the suck ups and the weasel(s) gets rewarded..

this is a 4 day-in-1-post post so brace urself for a lengthy post.. heh..

Celebrated xmas eve at his aunt's place cos it was her bday too. So she hosted a bbq for all the the family members (including those really noisy, obnoxious kids). haha.. she was soooo busy.. so sad.. so busy on ur own bday.

Spend the 3/4 of the day alone.. cos he had DAY DUTY on xmas eve AGAIN... *curses that special someone out there* Luckily his dad decided to be kind and went to fetch him over to yunan..

Anyway, went to Jurong Point to meet his mom at bout 2pm. Helped her choose a nice pair of shoes for the New Yr & bought it for her!! Lol.. earning brownie points.. Spent the rest of the day watching the adults play mahjong & entertaining my dear Kipp. lol.. *ke ai* Must buy Lego for him for his bday.

The bba was quite fun. All of us squeezed round a small table n chatted over lotsa beer, stout n wine. lol.. Had a great time.. got even better when he was finally there! wah seh... so happy to see him released from tat prison. Dear did some excellent bbq chicken wings but too bad there wasnt much food left cos the relatives that went 1st didnt really save much for us =P

Took lotsa funny photos w everyone.. heh... great memories..

Xmas Day! Went up to yunan again.. played some mahjong and won $8 bucks! wee.. not too bad la.. better than nothing. Afterwards headed out to Clarke Quay to meet up w my friends! Walked one BIG round to find Momo but ended up cant go.. lol.. tsk tsk.. kids! heh.. jk jk. So decided to head to Gotham Penthouse. But it was deserted as hell even at 1030 pm.. Dunno why also. So finally we decided to go to MOS.. tat place cfm plus chop have pple. laughs..

The queue moved faster than expected so we were in after bout 35 mins? Being suaku, i totally didnt know there are many rooms.. Went into the first room (the RnB de) and TOTALLY hated it. Was still thinking: wah.. if this is MOS, then it SUX big time.

I was so pissed off there. The decor wasnt too nice, the dance floor is tiny and it was squished w pple! Yucks.. could feel all the sweat on the girls' backs n hair. And the worst is, pple were still trying to squeeze into the centre of the dance floor when it was already soooo crowded! U guys fucking blind meh? -__- Somemore this drunk girl beside me was all over her bf, falling everywhere and draping her arms over his shoulder and hitting me at the same time, all this while still squeezing into the centre. Felt like ripping off her stupid bracelets & kicking her. bitch sia... grr..

Had enuf of that crap so decided to leave. That was when we realised there were other rooms! DoH~! *slaps forehead* I lurve the main dancefloor.. cos it was huge & cool! Went around to look look see see and the Pure room is soo cool. Perfect place for a huge grp of friends to just sit around n chill! Perhaps next time eh? ^^ Someone accidentally (& painfully) interrupted a hot couple making out behind the door tho.. ahahaha.. so funny....

Ending up dancin till 2 am.. Love all the strobe lights (told u i ah lian at heart!) haha.. had fun looking at all the drunk girls (& all the handsome guys too! wOOt) *note to self* Never dance when drunk.. laughs.. paiseh sia.. Those horny ones danced like they were humping the bfs' legs and some were just flailing their arms and tossing their heads everywhere. Teehee.. there was this girl who was damn high.. she jumped onto the restricted platform infront of the DJ console and put on a show for everyone, only to get shooed away by a bouncer! hahahah.. Hilarious..

Legs were aching like mad so decided to head home.. Spent my whole Boxing day slping away. It was his grandma's bday celebration at his place but was too tired to want to do anything. =P

New year in 3 days but not very looking forward to it cos it means exams... Just saw my tentative exam timetable.. Dread....

Sian.. means studying, getting stressed n worrying & whole new school term! =Pp At least i have plenty of time in between each paper to do revision. (tho this may mean i'll get lazy and end up hugging the Buddha's legs again). Need Banyan massage.. laughs.. But i'll be turning 21.. can get married le.. and watch R(A) films! wahaha..

Yesterday was the day i tried my hand at our xmas-cum-anni dinner =)

Dinner was :
A soup, that i seemed to forgot, with garlic bread sticks
Eye round steak with garlic & butter mashed potatoes, w sides of sasuages
Really beautiful & sweet strawberries
Barcardi Breezers (lol.. goes well with what we had ma... =P)

Turned out quite ok (i think) 'cept that i cooked the beef too much so it turned out well done =( I was over-compensating for last yr's steaks cos last year they were almost rare. Laughs... damn. I was really disappointed cos i wanted everything to be perfect but dear was so nice about it.. thanx =) Potatoes was nice tho.. All in all, a fun experience... Felt nice.. as if we had our own hse, own kitchen.. Cant wait!

Went to watch King Kong on friday & i absolutely LURVE it. It was funny, scary and sooo sad! I sobbed so hard =(( Teared terribly when King Kong got separated from the leding lady. Could feel the sadness & the desperation. Hiaz... Never cried so hard since Green Mile. And even then, it was once only. Those stupid humans... grrr... I was hoping for a happy ending.. lol.. but........

Damn.

And I'm officially a FAN of peter jackson. lol.. His skills are so good! I squirmed in my seat when the bugs were flying everywhere... I could literally feel them buzzing beside me. Yucks. Plus his movies got yandaos also... Orlando Bloom *swoons.. drools* The captain of the ship is so manly too! i likkkeee...

Went to Alex's mom's show afterwards.. heh.. The door gift so nice.. heh.. Thanx alex. =D There was a fashion show and we were there to see the rehearsals. eee.. one of the models like sh!t. Cant even catwalk properly. I mean not that i'm zai also.. but... laughs.. nvm.. With the door gifts came some catalogue for lingerie. Went online to look look see see and i've found what to buy for myself for xmas!


Say "oo.. la la say zoomm..... cmon cmon!" So nice! I meant the corset.. not the ass of the model. haha.. $89.90 only wor... maybe... just maybe.. =D

But i do... silently.. uncertainly.. wishing all this would go away.. wishing all that happened didnt happen. i can only hope for the best and one day perhaps u will try to mend the wound in mom's heart.

For the first time in a very very loong time, my day was bout 21 hrs long.. and it didnt help that i had only 3 hrs of slp the night before =P

In my quest to be a good wife & perhaps good daughter-in-law, i decided to go to the wet market with his mom! I've never gone to a wet market before cos my parents always did all the grocery shopping at NTUC. Yes yes.. shame on me... lol.. Yup.. it was high time i learnt the tricks to picking out good fish, vegs & maybe the art of haggling.. =)

So at an ungodly hr on a beautiful Sunday, we headed to the wet market.. It wasnt as packed as i expected cos apparently there are crazier pple out there who wake up EARLIER than this ungodly hr to go to the wet market! Crazy de.. haha.. After the veg & fish stalls, we went to the pork stall.. Yucks.. there 'displayed' whole pig legs, with all the mangled meat n bones at the end..! I mean.. not that i'm expecting something pretty but those legs were sick man.. i could pratically see the pigs getting chopped up =P The butcher was also gross.. He was chopping up the meat with such strength, ur fingers/wrist/legs will be gone if u stuck it there. Could see all the lil bits of meat & blood flying everywhere. Plus he was smoking too! ee.... all the ash floating into the meat.. yucks..

The trip was quite ok la.. didnt really learn much.. haha.. opps? Tho it was wet, dirty & semi-crowded, i wouldnt mind going again la. Quite fun =)

After that, we headed to his grandma's hse to celebrate dear's lil bro's bday.. Havent went over for a few weeks now so was happy to see all the relatives.. esp kipp & cheers! =D Dear's cousin at a performance at the Esplanade, so we ended the the celebrations at 5 and made our way there. I was taking so many pictures that day! Haha.. Cos i had a good hair day ma.. heh..

Me and xw before we left the house.... =) So glad i bought my camera....

Heh.. he had his fake camera so he wanted to take pictures too...! Had all sorts of funny demands.... must open mouth wide wide.. or our heads must be closer.... haha.. Then when i asked him to show me the 'photos' he took, he said, "dont have.. cos this camera fake de".. haha.. so cute!

The performance was really quite cool. Kids of different ages had solo performances of the piano or violin. At times, the violin pieces were accompanied with piano played by their teachers. Hiaz.. how i wish i could play the violin or piano. Was dripping with jealousy while sitting there listening. And I absolutely LOVE pianists' fingers... They are sooo......... sensual. Yum... lol.. imagine them dancing all over ME... wooooo.....

Went on to have dinner that this popular seafood place. Its was good.. chilli crab, pepper crab, a huge steamed fish, peking duck.. but it was waaayy too expensive for comfort. Each table costs about $250? aiyo... but not my treat la.. so...... haha..

Was so tired.. fell asleep almost immediately.. laughs.. Fell asleep faster than dear for the 1st time.. haha.. Still super tired now.. Must slp earlier today..... Yawn!!!

Its gonna be Christmas soon & its time to start worrying bout what to get for those that matter.. I just hope i've got enough in my bank to buy better gifts than candy canes.. lol..

Gonna try and whip up a 3 course dinner soon. Soup w garlic bread sticks. Steak w mashed potatoes (would love to do baked potatoes w sour cream but dont seem to have the facilities =P) and maybe chocolate ice cream (making that uber chocolate cake is outta the qn too.. sorry dear.. lol)? A late anni celebration & perhaps an early xmas dinner. His little sister maybe in the way tho.. lol... must think of smthing.. Hopefully it would turn out better than the last year's xmas dinner *crosses fingers* =D

Made some spaghetti bolognaise yesterday.. Tho the sauce was store-bought, it still turned out very nice okaay? laughs.. the spaghetti was so smooth! yum =) He also says it's very nice.. and NO!!.. he's not saying it's nice to appease me k.. I know what u guys are thinking.. laughs.. Love cooking..

On Saturday, Kipp & Cheers had their first public performance @ yew tee and the whole family went down to support them. Soo cute! Plus, they are only 3 & 4 yrs old respectively... so brave right? Helped them with their makeup and hair.. and ended up having glitter everywhere.. lol..


He's so cute right!! heh... I'm in love with him.. He's gonna grow up to be a heart breaker.. lol.. Hopefully i'll have kids as adorable as them.. haha..

And i've got a new toy! laughs.. A vibrating dildo!! hahaha... no la... crazy.. even if i've got 1, i also wont say.. Its a brand new............

EEYORE!! heh... Told u i'm a sucker for eeyores.. so soft.....! I have a similar one but its sitting up instead! K la k la.. i waste money ok.. heh..
